We are pleased to offer a 4-hour express delivery service for eligible orders within Dubai. However, this service is currently not available in the following areas:
Al Awir 1, Al Awir 2, Al Furjan, Al Lisali, Al Ruwayya, DIP 1 & 2 (Dubai Investment Park), Discovery Gardens, Downtown Jebel Ali, Dubai Industrial City, Dubai International Endurance City, Dubai Logistic City (DLC), Dubai Outlet Mall, Dubai Parks, Dubai South, Dubai World Central (DWC), DWC International Airport, Green Community East, Green Community Village, Hatta, JAFZA North & South (Jebel Ali Free Zone), Jebel Ali Conservation Area, Jebel Ali Gardens, Jebel Ali Industrial, Jebel Ali Race Course, Jebel Ali Village, Lahbab, Mena Jebel Ali, National Industries Park (NIP), Palm Jebel Ali, Technology Park, University Village (Al Ruwaiya), and Damac Hills 2.
For customers located in these areas, standard delivery option will continue to be available.
Express delivery is not available for outlet items.
Returns
Something not quite right? Simply return your item(s) to us. Items can be returned within 7 days from date of purchase.
Please note that outlet items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Return through the website
Let us know you want to return your item(s) by using the Return My Order feature at the bottom of the webpage. Enter your order number and email address then select Find My Order. Tick on the item(s) you’d like to return and tap Next. Select your return reason.
Return to store
Simply bring your item(s) for return to the Ted Baker store at The Dubai Mall, along with your tax invoice/original receipt. Click here to check our store locations.
Please note that in-store returns will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
Return and exchange policy

Full-priced products with original receipt may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase and returned within 7 days from delivery or collection (product should be in its original condition, unaltered, unused with original tags attached.)

Sale products may be exchanged within 14 days or returned within 7 days of purchase as long as they're accompanied with the original receipt.
- Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange only.

Refund of full-priced products will be permitted within 7 days, with an original purchase receipt upon original form of tender (e.g. if original purchase was made in credit card purchases refund will be made through credit card, etc.)
- Refund on Credit/Debit card payments: Note that your bank or card issuer can take anywhere between 2 to 15 additional business days to process these return transactions
- Refund of purchases made using Tabby: Refunds will be credited to the debit or credit card you’ve used with Tabby. This may take 2 to 15 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policy.
- Due to hygiene reasons, no exchanges or refunds will be offered on jewellery, swimwear, underwear, fragrance and beauty products.
- Items that have been altered cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
- Outlet items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
- Orders cancelled after dispatch will not be eligible for a shipping fee refund.
- The above policy applies only to products purchased within Al-Futtaim Brands store across UAE.
